Enjoy free Yoga Flow classes by Namaste Fitness at 5PM and 6PM, Warrior Wall, creative activities, sweet treats, music, inspiring moments and the opportunity to spread awareness about early detection from The Helen Knoll Foundation. The Helen Knoll Foundation has worked with Otay Ranch Town Center in previous years and is committed to spreading the word to local women about the importance of early detection and screening services for younger women. Donations to the Helen Knoll Foundation would be kindly accepted at this event.
